* Competitive Salary up to – £27,000 basic

* OTE of £32-35,000

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator
* Responding to and managing your enquiries in the morning, arranging viewings.
* Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and be active in all aspects of the lettings process.
* Conduct property viewings, around the Harborne area, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants.
* Oversee smooth move‑ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared.
* Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process.
* Keeping up to date with new legislation and ensuring the company adapts policies where necessary.
* Conduct business development to generate new opportunities, driving growth within the lettings department.
* Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market.
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential.
* Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
* Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
* Strong knowledge of the lettings process from enquiry to move in.
* Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
* A full driving licence & access to a vehicle.
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings.
