Business Support Executive
CTR Select is recruiting for a well-established recruitment business seeking a Business Support Executive with a strong focus on weekly contractor payroll.
You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery, while also supporting contractor onboarding, compliance, and general team operations. This role suits someone organised, detail-driven, and confident with systems, particularly Excel.
Key Responsibilities
* Process weekly contractor payroll accurately and on time
* Reconcile timesheets and resolve discrepancies
* Handle payroll queries with contractors and clients
* Maintain compliant payroll and contractor records
* Support onboarding and compliance processes
* Manage timesheet systems and drive best practice
* Produce reports and support team performance tracking
About You
* Experience in payroll or administration (min. 1 year)
* Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
* Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
* Confident communicator and team player
* Tech-savvy with good Excel skills
