A respected and well-established propertypany in Preston is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, initially starting on part time but increasing to full time after probation period.
Your new role
As a Finance Assistant you will be experienced in Purchase Ledger and invoice management as you be involved in transactional duties. In addition to this you will have accounting skills and knowledge of other packages. In addition to this you will prepare reports and reconciliations including client reports, assisting with debtor reporting and reducing aged debts and supporting the property management team. This is a part time role which you will be working 3 days per week moving into a full-time role within the first 3 months.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will need to have a professional telephone manner, be a fast learner as well as a ‘self starter’. You are required to have excellentputer skills, use of Excel and use of accounting software such as Sage, this experience with software andputer skills is essential. You must have an adaptable and flexible approach to work and the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
