Aluminium Welder / Fabricator Location: Heysham (LA3) Pay: £15.50–£18.50 per hour bonuses pension benefits Hours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday (overtime available) Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Valenti Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing business in the North West, known for producing high-quality engineered fuel systems and storage solutions for global clients. We’re seeking an experienced Aluminium Welder/Fabricator to join their growing workshop team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll see each build from fabrication through to completion — ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, teamwork, and quality workmanship. You’ll be working on bespoke aluminium builds (3–15mm), pipework, and flanged assemblies, with opportunities to assist on new product development and continuous improvement projects. What You’ll Be Doing * Fabricate and weld aluminium components (TIG and MIG) to high standards * Work from detailed engineering drawings to assemble complex structures * Contribute ideas for tooling and process improvements * Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment * Operate cutting, finishing, and gas equipment as needed * Collaborate with the design and fabrication teams to meet quality targets * Promote best practice in workshop health & safety About You You’re an experienced aluminium welder/fabricator who takes pride in your craft and enjoys being part of a close-knit, quality-driven team.
