CPL uk are looking for an experienced Band 3 Mental Health Support Worker to work throughout Essex for either block booking or adhoc shifts.
You will need the following experience:
Good understanding of the theories of mental health and illness.
Providing emotional and behavioural support.
Medicine management.
Delivering individual support plans.
Daily living and independent skills: Helping people to get organised, plan their day, clean, meal-plan and shop.
PAY RATES: £11-£21 p/h (rates can be escalated for the right candidate).
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience within a community setting.
Completions of all required degrees and diplomas.
