I am seeking a Care Home Manager based in the Derbyshire for a large residential care home with an extremely supportive team.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
1. Overall day to day running of the Residential Home.
2. Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members
3. Maintaining and keeping occupancy high.
4. To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
5. Maintaining a good relationship with the council.
6. Promote a caring environment for residents and staff members.
Home Manager Requirements:
7. Level 5 NVQ
8. Clinical Knowledge
9. Hands on with good communication and leadership skills
10. Experience as a Home Manager 5 – 6 years.
11. Good CQC portfolio with a clear understanding of the regulations
12. Good time and Organisation management.
Benefits:
13. Salary paying: £52K + £4.5K bonus + £3,000 if you get an ‘Outstanding’.
14. Monday – Friday 9-5 40 Hours contract (Flexible)
