Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Payrollers, to work for a fab company based in East Sussex. The Senior Payroll Administrator position is a permanent payroll job opportunity working on a hybrid basis.
Salary: up to £33,500
Location: Hybrid working - Lewes, East Sussex
Senior Payroll Admin duties:
* Ensure staff are paid accurately
* Input payroll details on to the payroll system
* Handle any employee salary/pay related queries
* Check and maintain payroll records
* Deal with any payroll and pension queries
* Ensure the monthly payroll reconciliation process is checked and completed
* Assist with payroll month end procedures
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience working in a similar payroll position, ideally in a large organisation
* Excellent IT skills and ideally have used payroll systems such as SAP payroll or ERP systems
* Understanding of UK payroll legislation
