Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Locality Team based in Wakefield.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Carry out strengths‑based assessments under the Care Act, including risk assessments, mental capacity considerations, and developing person‑centred support plans.
2. Manage a varied caseload involving safeguarding enquiries, complex casework, crisis intervention, and coordinating multi‑agency input to ensure safe and appropriate outcomes.
3. Support adults to maintain independence by arranging care packages, reviewing existing support, advocating on their behalf, and ensuring all interventions meet statutory requirements and local policies.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
7. Social Work England registration
8. Eligible to work in the UK
9. Hold a full UK driving licence
10. Post-qualified experience
11. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
