The New Build Mortgage Broker Role
As a specialist New Build Mortgage Broker, your mission is to guide clients to the perfect mortgage solution tailored specifically to their financial circumstances — while building and maintaining strong relationships with new build sites in your area.
You’ll benefit from booked-in, pre-qualified appointments by the customer support team, plus a dedicated admin team backing every case through to completion.

New Build Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert advice to clients seeking new build mortgages
Develop and nurture relationships with new build sites, including regular monthly visits
Assess clients’ financial info, creditworthiness, and product eligibility
Analyse and compare mortgage products from a variety of lenders
Stay ahead of new build regulations, financing schemes, and market trends to provide up-to-date guidance
The New Build Mortgage Broker Package
Base Salary: £30,000
Tiered Commission up to 35% (paid monthly)
50% commission on referred protection cases
All leads provided
Pre-qualified appointments arranged
Dedicated administrative support post-application
Required to work 1 in 3 weekends — an outstanding chance to boost your earnings and client base
What We’re Looking For
Experienced and Qualified Mortgage Broker
Proven experience in New Build Mortgages (essential)
Adaptable to client needs and changing environments
Strong rapport-building and relationship management skills
Organised, professional, and punctual
Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service
Self-motivated and proactive
