The Role
This role focuses on managing and growing account relationships by overseeing daily operations, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
You'll keep the CRM system up to date, manage partnerships, and ensure all account details, forecasts, and meeting notes are up to date too.
Regular customer meetings and strategic reviews will be essential to evaluate performance, discuss product mix, and highlight growth opportunities.
