Job Summary:
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of the estate properties. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure the properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of facilities maintenance.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repairs.
4. Oversee facility inspections and audits.
5. Develop and manage budgets for facility operations.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in facilities management or related field.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
