The Director of Sales will
Report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Sales
Drive new business and ensure existing accounts are maximized to their full potential.
Sell to MICE, Corporate, Sports, Leisure sectors
Has no direct reports but will liaise/work closely with the in-house sales team.
Based at the hotel
Be comfortable liaising at all levels as high profile property
As Director of Sales you will have
Experience of being a Director of Sales ideally or a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager Regional Sales Manager as a minimum
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
The flexibility to visit clients and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
Excellent customer care, account management and negotiation skills.
You must currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
