Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and an ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Consult with clients to understand their signage needs and propose tailored solutions.
* Manage the full sales process - from generating leads to closing deals.
* Work closely with design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
* Support smooth office operations and uphold high standards of service.


Key Responsibilities

* Proactively generate new leads via telesales, networking, and field sales.
* Act as the first point of contact for all incoming sales enquiries.
* Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
* Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries.
* Oversee orders and coordinate project timelines to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Assist in day-to-day office coordination and logistics.
* Maintain efficient communication across teams to ensure smooth operations.


What We’re Looking For

* Experience in the signage industry is essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales within the signage or related industry.
* Confident, professional telephone manner.
* Proven ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
* Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace; quick to learn new systems.
* Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
