Requirements:
* Proven boxing experience (coaching or competitive background preferred)
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with members of all levels
* Excellent customer service approach, creating a positive and supportive environment
* Punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
* Must have access to a car for reliable transport
