Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our site in Wrexham. You’ll report directly to the Engineering & CI Manager. You’ll be responsible for standardization of production processes, development of production parameters, optimization, daily checks of quality and control parameters of the products in the lines, and supporting production.
Responsibilities
* Industrialization of new products, setting production parameters
* Preparation/updating of documents and procedures
* Reducing production costs while delivering a high-quality product
* Resolving quality problems and deviations
* Participation in the commissioning of equipment
* Daily communication and collaboration with Production
* Technical support for customers
Qualifications
* Ideally hold a degree in an Engineering/Technical discipline, however not essential
* Proven knowledge of efficiency-enhancing principles/tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation capability
* Highly self-motivated, with a keen, hands-on approach
