Your Journey as a Sales Administrator:
* Ensure all vehicle order information and documentation are accurate and up to date, helping deliver a smooth and professional experience for every customer.
* Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles, handling documentation with precision to guarantee everything is completed correctly the first time.
* Work closely with the sales team to support the entire sales process—from initial enquiry through to handover—delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
* Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties efficiently, maintaining up-to‑date and compliant records across all systems.
Qualifications:
* A strong background in administration, ideally in a busy, fast‑paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key.
* Confidence using Microsoft Excel and digital systems, through managing data, reporting, and documentation daily.
* The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay focused while finding solutions quickly.
* A keen eye for detail, ensuring every order, invoice and documentation is exactly how it should be.
* Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous, however this role would also be suitable for a talented administrator from other sectors who are eager to learn.
