Solicitor – Family Law – Wiltshire – NQ to 8 Years PQE
Location: Wiltshire
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (2–3 days in office with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £42,000 to £75,000 DOE
A respected regional law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor with up to 8 years’ post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded Family Law team. The Role
You’ll manage a varied and challenging caseload of family law matters, including:
• Financial remedies involving multi-jurisdictional assets
• International relocation and off-shore trusts
• Divorce, children matters, injunctions, and nuptial agreements
• High-net-worth cases exceeding £10 million in assets
• Building strong client relationships and managing expectations
• Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
• Contributing to the firm’s strategic growth and innovation initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
• NQ to 8 years’ PQE in family law
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Sensitivity and commercial awareness in complex matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in managing matters independently
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
• Motivation to contribute to a growing and ambitious team
