About Our Client
The organisation operates within the building and construction/ property industry and boasts a well-established presence. Due to continued growth they are currently looking for a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis, to be based in Ipswich (full time on site). This is an ideal role for someone who has a background in internal Talent Acquisition, who lives locally to Ipswich and is looking for a new challenge. Experience within the Property and Construction industry would be helpful, as well as experience with international recruitment processes, including hiring candidates who require visa sponsorship, would be highly beneficial.
Job Description
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
* Advertise job vacancies through various channels to attract suitable candidates.
* Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
* Provide advice and guidance on best recruitment practices to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
* Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the property industry.
* Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Advisor should have:
* Experience in recruitment within the property industry or a similar sector.
* Strong understanding of Human Resources practices and employment regulations.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
