The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you'll be providing essential support to the sales team and wider business. Typical responsibilities will include:
Processing customer orders and updating internal systems.
Preparing quotes, invoices, and sales documentation.
Handling customer queries over the phone and via email.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
Maintaining accurate records and supporting general office administration.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a sales or customer-focused environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
