We are seeking a highly dedicated customer service advisor who can confidently deliver excellent customer service to our customers and provide internal support to our product sales consultants by resolving non-product related issues.
Key Tasks:
* Ensure all customer after-sales issues are dealt with according to Andertons standards of excellence and within agreed time targets.
* Provide support to the sales team in pre/post-related activities.
* Administrative support to the sales team and help cover additional administrative tasks
* Resolve courier issues and process refunds and exchanges
