Deputy Advice Services Manager – Adviceline
The purpose of this role is to support the Advice Services Manager in leading and managing Citizens Advice Rushmoor’s telephone and digital advice channels, including Adviceline and related services. The postholder will take day-to-day responsibility for supervising Adviceline sessions, case-checking, and maintaining quality standards. They will oversee the recruitment, induction, and supervision of Adviceline volunteers, ensuring consistent, high-quality advice delivery. The role also contributes to service-wide quality assurance, performance monitoring, and compliance with Citizens Advice and AQS standards, taking early action where improvements are needed and keeping the Advice Services Manager informed. In addition, the postholder will help develop new initiatives to enhance telephone and digital advice provision and will deputise for the Advice Services Manager when required.
