Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

Our client is excited to offer a new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in their expanding Conveyancing department. Day-to-day of the role:
* Handle a broad range of conveyancing matters independently.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to further develop the busy Conveyancing department.
* Engage in people management and potentially supervise junior staff as the department grows.
* Contribute to business development activities to support the firm's growth and your career progression.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive, ideally with 2 – 5 years PQE, although candidates with more experience or significant experience prior to qualifying are also encouraged to apply.
* Strong experience in handling a variety of conveyancing transactions.
* Excellent people management skills and experience in supervisory roles preferred.
* Commercially minded with robust business development skills.
* Proficient in IT, with outstanding client care and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
