Key Duties Provide professional and timely support by managing the facilities helpdesk, handling calls/emails, and raising reactive jobs for hard and soft services. Keep requesters updated on work progress and ensure accurate task and asset information is maintained in the CAFM system. Complete the Contract Review pack, attend monthly review meetings, and prepare required reports. Maintain up-to-date training and logbook records while ensuring systems and procedures support the achievement of SLAs and KPIs. Coordinate annual subcontractor maintenance, scheduling both planned and ad-hoc works. Liaise with onsite teams, clients, and subcontractors while maintaining and updating contractor records to ensure SLA compliance. Raise and manage Invoices, work orders and purchase orders, ensuring accurate financial information and timely billing. Support month-end processes by reviewing P&Ls, managing exceptions, and assisting with forecasting and reporting. Manage and monitor timecards and overtime through MyTime.
