What You'll be doing: Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment. Deliver consistent business performance and standardsacross the end-to-end warehouse operation. Manage and maintain external relationshipswith various stakeholders, including stores. Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunitiesto enhance operations. Monitor and implement complianceand support the People Plan using an HR business model. What makes a great Team Manager: Proven track record of leading and acting as a role model to inspire a large team to deliver outstanding results. Strong understanding of policies and processes related to people management, safety, health, and environment, with the ability to apply them effectively. Skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement and presenting this information to drive positive change. Confident in making decisions in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while being open to innovative approaches.
