Pharmacy Sales Representative – South West. Join a growing and innovative healthcare company as our new Pharmacy Sales Representative, covering the South West of England territory. In this key role, you’ll promote our extensive portfolio of own-branded healthcare products including First Aid, Sports Therapy, Wound-care, and Diagnostic medical devices to retail pharmacies across your territory. You’ll represent a trusted range of market-leading products, giving you the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy customers and grow your territory’s sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote, present, and sell our OTC products to existing and prospective pharmacy customers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and territory planning.
* Conduct regular sales calls, product demonstrations, and merchandising activities.
* Deliver on sales targets and KPIs through structured weekly call plans.
* Provide management with accurate reports on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
* Stay informed about new product developments, promotions, and industry best practices.
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmacy or healthcare sales.
* Proven track record in business development, account management, and sales growth.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
* Full, clean UK driving licence required.
