Head of Sales – Products

* Location: Norfolk, UK (flexible though preference would be to be commutable to site)

* Salary: £80,000-£90,000 base plus 20% bonus

* Type: Permanent

Atkinson Moss have been engaged to resource for an exceptional opportunity, that awaits an ambitious and commercially focused sales leader to join a world-class business. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and execute a global product sales strategy, steering a high-performing team to achieve sustained growth in competitive international markets.

Experience being sought: Experience of managing remote, international sales teams. It is very much a product-focused role and will involve the management of key accounts. It is focussed on products and not that of someone perhaps who deals with services for example.

As Head of Sales Products, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio, combining strategic leadership with hands-on engagement. You’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, influencing market direction, and ensuring our products remain the go-to choice for industry leaders worldwide.

What You’ll Do

* Define the Strategy: Develop and deliver a global sales plan aligned with ambitious growth objectives.

* Lead the Team: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of Product Sales Managers and Key Account Managers across multiple regions.

* Expand the Market: Identify new opportunities, champion commercial innovation, and unlock growth in emerging markets.

* Own the Numbers: Oversee pricing, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure consistent performance.

* Be the Face of the Brand: Represent the business at major industry events, trade shows, and high-level client meetings.

* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

About You

We’re looking for a forward-thinking sales leader who brings:

* Proven Expertise: A strong track record in international B2B sales leadership. In the first instance, it is essential that you have experience in managing diverse teams, spread globally and can demonstrate growth results.

* Global Mindset: Success in leading distributed teams and delivering results across multiple regions.

* Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of product sales, pricing, and market positioning.

* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.

* Leadership Style: Collaborative, values-driven, and skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Travel

This is a truly global role. You’ll need the flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally.
