Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Art at secondary level
* Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 confidently
* Strong subject knowledge in Fine Art and creative processes
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
Desirable
* Experience teaching A-Level Art
* Experience working in a grammar or high-achieving school setting
* Ability to contribute to exhibitions or enrichment activities
