The Role
Working closely with our sales and buying teams, the successful candidate will take the lead on digital content creation on our online customer portal. From designing vibrant campaigns to keeping our product listings up-to-date, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the online face of Barco.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update our online portal, ensuring product listings, pricing and descriptions are accurate
Design compelling content using tools like Canva and Unlayer for emails, banners, packaging and more
Coordinate promotional campaigns and create supporting materials for the sales team
Manage the clearance area of the customer portal with regular product updates and stock control
Liaise with suppliers to gather up-to-date content assets and product information
Oversee and schedule social media content, primarily on LinkedIn
Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analysing open rates and customer engagement
Maintain and update customer contact data, including managing email bounce-backs

The Ideal Candidate:
You'll have some hands-on experience in a marketing assistant or similar role and a real eye for detail when it comes to managing content. You're creative, proactive, and confident using marketing tools and software. More about you:
Has experience with content creation using Canva, Unlayer or similar tools
Understands digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
Is confident using Excel and other Microsoft tools
Has great communication skills and thrives in a collaborative environment
Can manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Enjoys analysing marketing performance data to inform future campaigns
Is enthusiastic, organised, and ready to contribute from day one
