AV Solutions Designer – Ashford / Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Hours: 40 hour week - Flexitime
The Role
As a Solutions Designer, you will be responsible for designing and specifying AV, lighting, and network systems for luxury residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Design audio-visual and lighting systems for luxury residential and commercial projects
* Produce schematics, elevations, and cable schedules
* Support senior designers with project documentation and design updates
* Conduct site visits and surveys
* Update and manage details within estimating software
* Liaise closely with the sales, project, and engineering teams to deliver detailed design solutions
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years\' experience in AV design
* Strong working knowledge of design systems such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
* Experience producing schematics and technical drawings
* Familiar with lighting design and multi-room AV systems
* Knowledge of control and networking systems such as Ruckus, Cisco, and Ubiquiti
* Knowledge of AV & Lighting systems such as Crestron, Savant, Lutron, Rako
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Full UK Driving Licence

* The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
* 5% discretionary annual bonus (paid quarterly)
* Flexible working hours
