Heating Installation Supervisor (Commercial Plumbing / Boilers) - £42,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
Location: St Albans

Established for over 70 years, our client provides leading building services to the health sector and beyond, specializing in design, installation, and maintenance of boilers, plumbing, drainage, and ductwork. They work on major projects across London, including multi-million-pound hospital projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams of fitters and welders and overseeing HVAC system installations across multiple projects. You will supervise primary projects and assist on others, overseeing the installation and maintenance of pipework and heating systems.
This role is suitable for experienced heating installation supervisors eager to advance their careers and acquire new skills through in-house training and development.
The Role:
1. Oversee and coordinate the installation of plumbing and heating systems
2. Manage a team of technicians to install and troubleshoot heating systems
3. Consult with clients to ensure satisfaction
4. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
5. Complete and process paperwork related to HVAC systems
The Person:
* NVQ Level 3 in an engineering-related field
* Experience in a heating/plumbing supervisor role
* Full UK driving license
