Store Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service
* Drive retail performance and sales through effective team management and operational excellence
* Oversee and manage key retail KPIs including P&L, stock control, and audit procedures
* Keep the team updated on technical product knowledge to assist with customer enquiries
* Create a store environment that showcases the brand's outdoor products and promotes a positive shopping experience
* Report to the Area Manager on performance, sales, and team development
Experience & Qualifications:
* A passion for the outdoors and a love for outdoor products is essential
* Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse retail trends, sales, and competitor activity
* Track record of driving retail sales and improving store performance through excellent leadership
* Experience with managing KPIs, P&L, and team development
* Fashion retail experience is a plus, but not essential - we value passion and dedication!
