Based in London, my client is looking to recruit a German Speaking Customer Experience Consultant to join the established team to work Hybrid. You will be required to go into the office in London during client visits, training / coaching sessions, and business needs around twice a year and the rest will be based from home.
You must be able to speak and write fluently in both English and German.
Salary: £27,768 per annum plus bonus (£31,200 OTE)
Hours: 40 hours over Monday to Saturday
Weekday Shifts: 8:00-16:30, 09:00 – 17:30 or 11:30 – 20:00
Saturday: 8 hours shift between 08:00-20:00
Location: Canary Wharf
Main Duties
* To deliver excellent customer service in all aspects of supporting the groups customers over the phone and in writing
* To answer the phone promptly and professionally when required
* To respond to emails promptly and professionally.
* To work closely with the Team Leader to ensure client expectations are met
* To present our clients in a professional manner at all times, whether in person, by phone or in writing.
* To continually look for ways to improve performance.
* To be well organised, professional and reliable.
* To work flexibly between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday - Saturday.
* To demonstrate a willingness to learn and have fun at work!
