As a Digital Insight Analyst based in Warwick or Ripon, you'll be responsible for supporting the E-commerce and Digital Engagement team with clear, actionable reporting and insight.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the E-commerce and Digital Engagement team with clear, actionable reporting and insight
* Analysing customer journeys across digital platforms to identify friction points, segment user behaviours, and deliver insight‑led recommendations that improve conversion and enable personalisation
* Creating performance packs that highlight wins, risks, and opportunities across Wolseley UK's E-commerce activity
* Uncovering recurring themes and customer pain points, collaborating with CX and E-commerce teams to embed the customer voice into digital decision‑making and drive experience improvements
Qualifications
* Experience with digital analytics tools such as Contentsquare and Google Analytics
* Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract commercial insight
* Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience with Power BI
* A higher‑level qualification in mathematics, economics, or a related analytical field would be an advantage
* Up to £44,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Work Arrangement
* Hybrid working (3 days per week on site/2 days from home)
