Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst\nLocation: Croydon, Greater London\nSalary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits\n\nOur client is an independent Asbestos outfit, with a stronghold in the South East of England. They are seeking a hardworking and professional Asbestos Site Analyst, who holds the P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalents). You will be working across a range of commercial, local authority and public sector client sites, so it is advantageous if applicants hold existing experience to reflect this.

Salaries and benefits are competitive and include: company pension and company vehicle.\n\nThe role will involve travel across: Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Sidcup, Erith, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, Epsom, Mitcham, Sutton, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Southall, Slough, Windsor, Weybridge, Guildford, Woking, Bracknell, Aldershot, Farnham, Frimley, Camberley, Fleet, Maidenhead, Wembley, Harrow.\n\nExperience / Qualifications:\n- Must hold the BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications, or RSPH equivalents\n- Hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Site Analyst\n- Fully versed in HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines\n- Professional manner\n- Strong literacy and IT skills\n\nThe Role:\n- Undertaking 4 Stage Clearances\n- Carrying out personal, smoke, background, visual, leak and reassurance air testing\n- Working across a varied portfolio of asbestos removals projects\n- Collecting ACM samples from site\n- Wearing correct PPE on site\n- Managing the safety and compliance adherence on removals projects\n- Producing thorough technical reports\n- Liaising directly with clients\n\nAlternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Analyst, Environmental Consultant.\n\nFuture Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
