About the Job:
We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic HLTA to join our team in Southampton. You will cover lessons for teachers when they are absent, working with children across different year groups.
What You’ll Do:
* Cover lessons in the absence of teachers.
* Help children with their learning and support their classroom activities.
* Manage classroom behaviour and keep things organized.
* Support children with different needs, where required.
* Help with day-to-day classroom tasks, including preparing materials.
What We Need From You:
* A Level 4 or higher HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
* A positive attitude and good communication skills.
* Ability to manage a classroom and support a range of learning needs.
* Flexibility to work on different days as needed.
