Location: Birmingham
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £27,976 to £33,000 depending on experience + call out + overtime + standby

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Highways Maintenance Operative, you will be an essential part of our Operative team, engaging in both reactive and planned highways maintenance tasks. Your contributions will include:
* Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on the network, operating various plant and equipment.
* Ensuring site and company equipment is secure while raising any issues with your designated supervisor.
* Completing daily record sheets and using WMS/MMW applications for incidents and emergency repairs.
* Conducting daily defect reports on vehicles and maintaining them in good order.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Are Street Works qualified (units 1-9).
* Hold a full driving licence and a Category C licence.
* Can work independently and as part of a team.
