Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic + contributory pension, 25 days holiday
Location: Hybrid - Cheltenham 1/2 days per week - London once per fortnight

Across three brands, the company has 160 employees and revenues of £30 million, but it feels much more like a startup, so you’ll need to be flexible, a self-starter, and someone who thrives in a less structured environment.

Key responsibilities of the Content Marketing Manager
You’ll be working closely with the Marketing Director to plan and execute a variety of content (blogs, infographics, videos, e-guides, product collateral, etc.) to help the business build brand awareness and influence prospects through the buying cycle:
* Planning: Plan, create and execute an engaging and lead-generating content strategy for key audiences and verticals
* Content Creation: Partner with the marketing and sales teams to develop unique, engaging, solution-oriented content that maintains brand and product standards, voice and style
* Content Marketing: Repurpose content to maximise the opportunity to influence prospects to take action
* Expert-led Content: Leverage subject matter experts within the business and externally to drive and scale the production of compelling content
* Analysis: Liaise with teams to align to business objectives and ensure that content delivered is commercially strategic
Skills and experience the Content Marketing Manager must have
* Content marketing experience in the B2B technology sector
* Experience of working in a technical IT environment with the ability to translate complex solutions into engaging content
* Strong copywriting skills
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, external agencies and freelancers
* Good project management skills and attention to detail
