* Provide high-quality support to residents in a person-centered manner
* Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
* Lead and support junior staff to ensure best practice are followed
* Help develop care plans and support the management team in implementing them
* Maintain accurate records and promote a safe and positive environment

* Proven experience in a Support Worker role
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* MUST hold a full UK Driving License (and can drive a van)
