The Role
You’ll enhance the delivery of complex construction projects through high-standard project planning. You’ll devise strategies and tactics, translate knowledge into logic-linked plans, analyse them using planning software, and help teams understand priorities.
Your team
This role is part of our Project Management Consultancy team, focusing on understanding project problems, implementing solutions, and developing best practices, tools, and technology. You’ll join our Project Planning Team, led by a planning discipline director.

Your top five responsibilities
* Own the plan: Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure the project operates to it effectively. Mitigate and manage delays commercially.
* Own the outcome: Ensure the team understands and focuses on the plan.
* Report and inform: Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
* Make scalable solutions: Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools with the team.
* Develop everyone: Maximise personal and professional development of your team and educate clients.
Qualifications
* Construction engineering background: 2+ years of experience on construction projects.
* Communication skills: Proficient written and verbal English, charismatic and influential.
* Leadership capabilities: Lead yourself proactively and lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them.
* Impact: Track record of making projects and organisations better through scalable, repeatable solutions with significant impact.
