Quantity Surveyor (No. 2) Film Studio Development | Main Contractor | Windsor Area About the Project A significant film studio development near Windsor featuring purpose-built sound stages, post-production facilities, and supporting infrastructure. Design & Build contract with the Main Contractor holding full commercial responsibility. 18-month programme from mobilisation to practical completion with phased handover to client. The Role You will work alongside the Senior QS as the day-to-day commercial support, responsible for: Preparing and maintaining cost reports and forecasts Processing subcontractor invoices and managing payment schedules Recording and tracking variations and claims Cost coding and financial data management Assisting with contract administration and change control documentation Site-based cost tracking and budget monitoring Supporting client QS liaison and cost meetings Preparing cost schedules and financial reports for monthly reviews Essential Requirements 3–5 years as a Quantity Surveyor with experience on construction projects £10M+ Strong knowledge of cost control, cost coding, and cost reporting processes Proficiency in cost management software (Causeway, Ares, or similar) Solid understanding of contract administration and variation procedures Competence in spreadsheet management and financial data analysis Attention to detail and ability to manage mul...
