Parts & Retail Assistant
Reporting directly to the Parts & Retail Manager, this role involves supporting day-to-day customer and technician enquiries relating to machinery parts.
The Role
* Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries
* Process and dispatch customer orders efficiently
* Provide product and service information face-to-face and via telephone/email
* Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
* Support showroom and retail operations where required
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach
* Ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues
* Knowledge of agricultural, construction, horticultural, or motor industry parts (advantageous)
* Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Basic IT skills including email and internet use
* High attention to detail, especially when handling cash and card payments

Location: Benington,
Hours: 39 hours per week, Saturdays on a rota
Hourly Rate: £13.50 plus overtime at 1.5
