* AM:6:00 AM 3:00 PM
* Shift: Monday to Friday
* Contract:Permanent - £25k - £28k OTE
Role Overview
As an Onsite Shift Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, managing workforce allocation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between staff and site management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily check-ins with staff to ensure all shift requirements are met.
- Communicate key updates and instructions for upcoming shifts.
- Manage shift bookings, ensuring full staff coverage.
- Maintain compliance records, including fire registers.
- Track staff availability to support efficient scheduling.
- Handle urgent staffing requests and workforce adjustments.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with key stakeholders.
- Confirm candidates for upcoming shifts.
