Shifts: Days, Wednesdays & Thursdays 8am-4pm, Nights 9pm-7am plus Bank Position

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Dagenham, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs.
Our client is a very happy boy, who loves people, being talked to, hugged. He loves school and his teachers, he loves his iPad as he can still control it with his little finger. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing personal care and mobility support
Supporting with clinical tasks
Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction
What You'll Need
Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
Essential experience:
Enteral feeding
Oral and Nasopharyngeal suctioning
Nebulizer
Cough assist
Non Invasive Ventilation
Medication Administration
A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
