Job Description
Hours: Full time, hybrid
An excellent opportunity for Paralegal with litigation experience to join a well established Law Firm. As a Paralegal, you will specialise within Contentious Probate matters, supporting a wide client base both domestically and internationally.
Daily Duties
* Handling new client enquiries
* Drafting Legal Documents (instructions to counsel, letters of claim/response, witness statements)
* Preparing court bundles
* Preparing matters for court hearings and mediation meetings
* Undertaking research on various points of law
* Assisting with costs and funding
Required Experience
* LLB or LPC graduate
* Experience in Litigation
