A law firm based in Shropshire has a vacancy for a front-of-house receptionist/office administrator to work at their busy Market Drayton office. Day to day duties will include:
1. Answering in-coming calls on the switchboard
2. Welcoming reception visitors
3. Passing messages on promptly and accurately either by email or telephone
4. Dealing with face-to-face client enquiries
5. Taking client payments
6. Liaising with suppliers
7. Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
8. Assisting in the administrative support of the office
When necessary, the role may involve some secretarial support duties such as:
1. Opening and closing files
2. Preparing correspondence
3. General file management
