Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
Location: Full-time, Barnsley
Salary: £40,000 + Bonuses

The Role
As a Registered Manager, you'll be at the heart of the service, ensuring CQC compliance, driving team performance, and expanding service delivery. You'll be joining a company that has been providing delivering award-winning care and support to the North of England for the past 20 years.
For this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years in a management/supervisory role in health and social care
* Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
* Leadership and team-building skills
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards & care regulations
* Ideally, you're already a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with CQC and exceed care quality standards
* Manage staff, scheduling, and care coordination
* Build partnerships with commissioners, families, and other stakeholders
* Drive service development and team excellence
* Participate in on-call duties when needed
