Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Tendering Managerr working on behalf of a leading Energy services company.
The Tendering Manager is going to report to the Sales & Execution Region Head, you will be responsible for all nominated tendering activities within the PM010 (Go/ No Go) through to PM080 (Project Handover). Working closely with your colleagues within the Sales and Commercialisation teams you will be expected to provide technically accurate and commercially / financially compliant proposals so assist in the department meeting the company's Order Entry and Key Performance targets. Some of other duties include;

External Contacts: End customers, sub-suppliers, third party companies working on behalf of the customer. Internal customers which include Regional Siemens Energy Entities, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Contract Management, Compliance, Field Service, Customer Support Managers, Business Administration, Manufacturing & production

Support in maintaining a process which allows in excess of 500 firm or budgetary proposals to be submitted to our customers within a 12-month period. These proposals must be compiled and submitted within the guidelines set out by Siemens Energy.

In conjunction with the team Sales Managers & Commercialisation Manager, develop and implement a Go to Market selling and pricing strategy for the Service Line.

Provide Technical Proposal support for both our Internal and External Customers when called upon.
*
Support in the maintenance of the Mod's & Up's product work to list and accurate reporting of the business / product KPI’s.
*
Ensuring compliance with latest commercial, technical, and health & safety legislation.
*
Provide support in the continual improvement assessment for all the departments E2E processes.
*
Provide support in the development and implementation of the Service Lines marketing strategy.
*
Provide and publish statistical analysis information for the tendering Process.
*
Support in the operating of the Mod's and Up's Bid/ No Bid process in line with (email address removed) Procedures.

Support with the maintenance and accuracy of the Mod’s & Up’s Pricebook.
*
Work in a trustworthy, ethical and compliant manner at all times.
Preferred Skills for the role:
*
Good technical understanding of Gas Turbines
*
Good commercial, contractual and financial knowledge
*
Qualified to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline
*
Had previous Bid Management experience
*
Has strong Project Management knowledge/skills
