We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Administrator We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to work alongside a small busy team. This is a full time role, based in Chesterfield Duties - Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery Track and monitor the status of sales and purchase orders, providing updates to customers and internal teams Liaising with Suppliers, raising purchase orders Answering incoming calls and emails, dealing with pricing enquiries, queries and transferring of calls Updating system information including product information and new contacts. Counter Sales Filing and other general office admin What we are looking for- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Experience with Sage 200 would be desirable however not essential A customer focused approach with pleasant demeanor. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are essential Ability to work unsupervised and can work in a busy team environment.
