Job Description
Responsibilities:
3. Deliver top-tier consumer service through various communication channels, including telephone, email, written correspondence, and multiple social media platforms, while upholding the integrity of our brands.
4. Promptly and professionally address diverse customer and consumer inquiries and complaints.
5. Serve as the brand's representative to consumers and customers, ensuring consistent messaging.
6. Create a positive and seamless customer journey from initial contact to resolution.
7. Proactively monitor social media channels and identify posts necessitating engagement, responses, or no response.
8. Craft timely, on-brand, and appropriate social media responses to engage with customers.
9. Cultivate and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams throughout the organisation.
10. Facilitate regular and pertinent communication at all organisational levels, encompassing Head Office, Shared Service, and site-based operations.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications and Qualities:* Completion of GCSE level education or equivalent, with grades of 4 or higher in Maths and English.* Prior experience in a Consumer Service setting is advantageous.* Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written abilities, enabling effective management of internal and external stakeholder expectations.* Proficiency in working independently, displaying initiative, and adeptly resolving challenges.* Outstanding attention to detail, coupled with the capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
