The Role:
As the Senior Process Technologist, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of new and existing product launches. You will lead the process team, collaborating closely with the NPD team to ensure efficient, timely product launches. From site approval to factory scale-up, you’ll oversee the process, ensuring products meet both customer and business expectations while adhering to tight deadlines and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Manage NPD and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects, ensuring flawless execution from process handover to full-scale production.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with NPD, technical, and operational teams to ensure a smooth and successful product launch.
* Product Scale-Up: Oversee the process of scaling products into factory production, meeting all necessary technical and operational criteria.
* Customer Focus: Ensure all projects align with both customer and business expectations, delivering products that meet high-quality standards.
About You:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a process technologist role.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* A proven track record of successfully leading projects from concept to launch.
